From humble beginnings as a small retail outlet over 123  years ago, to the established  wholesale bakery supplying hotels, retailers & restaurants throughout the Home Counties, London and via 3rd party routes. 

Our passion and focus for the business has been passed down through the generations, working consistently to three key principles: providing a wide choice of products that are of excellent quality, always striving to offer great value and supporting with exceptional service.

All our bread is baked using time-honoured techniques and authentic natural ingredients, with no additives and superior production methods, our attention to detail and passion for quality befits an artisanal bakery.
